La Forêt "French Patisserie", was created in 2015 by a Frenchman. The goal of La Forêt pastries & chocolatier is to offer a quality product in Russia that is prepared in strict compliance with French traditions.
The French Patisserie operates under the supervision of the Chief Confectioner, the master of the chocolatier Didier Leroux. Didier Leroux brought with him 35 years of work experience in France, the USA, South America, and the Middle East.
For La Forêt, the main thing is not only taste, but also high quality. We use only natural, carefully selected raw materials, without additives or preservatives. Everything that we produce, we produce manually, and strictly comply with the quality standard adopted in France.
